Paul Siker is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Artisan Group, and
has two decades of experience in all facets of executive search.

Previously, Paul served as an Officer, Partner, and Executive Search
Specialist at The Guild Corporation, an undisputed leader in the
Washington, D.C. recruitment marketplace.   Over the last decade, The
Guild Corporation experienced 25% year-to-year revenue growth by
building a staff of 18 tenured recruiters and by achieving a client repeat
business ratio in excess of 95%.

Following the sale of The Guild Corporation, to SystemOne Services (later
acquired by TMP Worldwide, parent company to Monster.com), Paul
continued to perform in a leadership capacity, while also continuing to
execute senior level search assignments.

Paul has also been a featured speaker at various industry conferences
including: the New England Association of Personnel Services (NEAPS)
Conference, the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) Annual
Conference, and the American Staffing Association (ASA) World Expo and
Convention.  Paul has additionally presented to corporations and
foundations seeking to implement “best practices” within internal
recruitment programs.  Additionally, Paul has regularly been interviewed for
recruiting and employment articles by The Washington Post, National
Business Employment Weekly, and other trade publications.

Paul has successfully executed hundreds of search assignments and has
placed talented professionals into individual contributor, managerial, and
executive officer level positions.  

Paul obtained a B.A. in Political Science from Wittenberg University and also
holds the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) CPC (Certified
Personnel Consultant) designation.
