| CASE STUDY #9 National Conservation Organization Major Gifts Officer Background: Our Client, a national non-profit dedicated to protecting/conserving significant tracts of land, had a specific requirement to identify a talented Major Gifts Officer who could effectively manage and grow a prospect portfolio oriented to the Eastern United States. Prior to requesting that The Artisan Group complete this search, the Client had invested considerable time and energy in carrying out the search independently, only to have an attractive candidate back out at the last minute. Pressed to complete the search quickly, The Artisan Group immediately identified a specific individual who had just completed a multi-million dollar Capital Campaign for another conservation non-profit. This individual was presented to the Client, and following two rounds of interviews was extended an offer of employment which was immediately accepted.
