| CASE STUDY #4 Private Secondary School - Vice President of Development Background: Our Client, a prestigious school catering to severely handicapped children with an array of special needs, sought out The Artisan Group to identify a Development Professional who could invigorate the entire Development function, as well as launch a new Major Giving initiative that would tie into an ongoing Capital Campaign. The Development Department had entered into a period of significant disarray and poor performance.
