| CASE STUDY #3 Non Profit Foundation - Executive Director Background: The Client, a Health related Non Profit, requested that The Artisan Group conduct a search for an Executive Director, in a challenging geographic area. The Executive Director was tasked to manage a team of 9 individuals and run all aspects of Development and Operations, to include Major Gifts (Individual & Corporate/Foundation), Planned Giving, and significant Special Event Fundraising. Ultimately the ED would be responsible for generating approximately $2 Million in annual revenue. Adding to the complexity of this search was the Client’s need to identify an ED capable of energizing outreach and communications with new and prospective corporate benefactors. After constructing a detailed position description and Search Plan, a pool of five candidates was presented for the Client’s consideration. Following several rounds of interviews, a finalist was selected and presented with an offer that was summarily accepted. This search was completed in 83 Days. Back to Case Studies |
